I dont know from where all these bad reviews are coming from. Its a great fast food store with great food.

Yesterday I visited this location and although the drive-through was starting to get pretty busy, and I had to wait in a parking spot for my food, I would just like to make a comment that the person working in the drive-through handled everything with such grace, was friendly and had a smile on their face, despite the pressure. The food was piping hot and delicious.

Johnstown NY 3-30-24 6:30pm ,didn't quite get my order right. The food is expensive. The shrimp has more breading than shrimp. The flounder Sandwich I could hardly see the fish. There is at least 4x breading compared to fish. I didn't even taste fish. The mango lemonade is pure syrup super sugar a diabetic or future diabetic nightmare. The coleslaw has an odd tadte to it like additive added. The madhed potatoe had a small 3/4 inch by 1/2 inch solid article in it and had to throw in the garbage. This is garbage fast food.

First impression is everything and well they dropped the ball. We order our food, waited for them to Bring it out, get home and see they shorted us a meal and no sauce why ask if your not going to give it I'm not going back for the meal not worth it judging by the rest of my order the fries were cold the food is terrible and we will definitely never come back almost $50 for 3 meals with no sauce what a disappointment if your hungry and want a good meal don't waste your time or money here

The food was great. My chicken sandwich was wrong so the manager gave me another. Friendly place with good food. Happy to have a Popeyes nearby. Best chicken around.
