    I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received during my recent order of flowers and a balloon on Valentine's Day. Despite placing the order with the expectation of timely delivery by 8 PM, the items did not arrive as anticipated. Consequently, I made alternative arrangements assuming the delivery was not forthcoming. Upon realizing the failure of the delivery, I promptly contacted customer support to request a refund. Unfortunately, the interaction with the chat representative was less than satisfactory. Despite my clear indication of seeking a refund, there was persistent pressure to reorder, accompanied by offers of discounts starting from 20% and eventually going up to 50%. Despite my insistence on a refund, the representative seemed oblivious to my preference and continued to push for reordering. After an hour of unproductive negotiation, a full refund was reluctantly agreed upon. However, upon checking my account a week later, I discovered that the refund had not been processed. Subsequent attempts to rectify the situation through chat support only resulted in further frustration, as I was informed that the refund had not been initiated due to an error by a previous representative. Subsequent phone communication was equally disappointing, with attempts to escalate the matter to a supervisor met with resistance. Despite my insistence on speaking with a manager, I was initially directed to another service representative posing as a supervisor. Only after persistent demands did I finally manage to speak with a manager, who offered assurances but ultimately conveyed helplessness in resolving the issue. As a result of this experience, I have lost confidence in your service and will not be utilizing it in the future. Furthermore, I intend to inform my workplace's fulfillment center about this unsatisfactory encounter and suggest reconsideration of our association with your company.

I ordered two separate items for Valentines Day on the the 13th to be delivered to the same house on the 14th one item came and the other item said it was pushed back to the 15th they offered me $20 on $167 purchase. The 15th the item said they attempted to deliver mean while I have cameras and been home all day and no one has come they said they were coming back out and never came I called at 7:30pm the lady said it says still in route I called 8:15pm and the representative told me it said delivered I screen shot the order saying still in route and sent it her story changed , they kept saying it can come tomorrow the 16th now and would give me a $20 credit I dont want no credit because I will never use this company again I called to see what can be done two representatives said they could help but every time I asked for supervisor they both hung up on me this is the worst company very unprofessional never will I order from them again the issue is still not resolved .
