Extraordinary sums up my experience with this amazing trainer. 15 min into my consultation session I was ready to book with her. I've tried quite a few trainers over the years and felt like they weren't listening to me or being cautious of my limitations due to knee and back injuries. I've been with Tamika going on 2 years and she still pays attention to how my body is responding to workouts and is constantly checking in on my injuries. Tamika listens to your needs and wants and helps you achieve your goals through workouts, text/call check in, nutrition assistance and realistic lifestyle changes.

I've been going to Tamika for a little over a year. Can I say that it was the best decision I made. When I first started I entered a 8 week challenge and won. I lost close to 20pounds. She's awesome not only does she care but she's knowledgeable about the training that she giving. She offers meal plans and everything to get you to the goal you that you have set for yourself. She also offers boxing which I love.
