Very bad communication. This Lawyer has never touched base with me since I was referred to him. His answering service team even stated that he's not great at communication. For a simple case that could have been done by any lawyer, I highly recommend that you do not waste your time or money especially if its a high profile case. If you don't believe me, try calling to yourself.

Unresponsive, forgetful and rude pretty much sums up my experience

I wish I had a public defender. When I got to probation, they laughed that I even had a lawyer and still got what I did. DWI, no injuries, misdemeanor. 3 years Probation. 400 hours community service. Interlock system that costs 1500 a year. He was nasty to me, uncommunicative, forgot my sentencing date until I called the day before and he sent an unprepared associate (who apparently wasn't even on the same page as Jorisch.) This associate didn't show up til after lunch recess making me miss a full day of work. The single worst experience I've had with the legal system has to do with my lawyer now! I wish I didn't pay him. I have never in my life had such a rude lawyer, and I work in law, for lawyers, and they told me this guy was good. He isn't. He was so rude to me I actually cried after getting off the phone with him. Now I'm looking to get another lawyer for an appeal! GREAT! More money. His last words to me were that he did his job and to leave him alone. I felt like he said rot in hell. Even his advice has been wrong. I went to Outpatient to get lighter sentencing, guess what, I NEED OUTPATIENT AGAIN. Thanks for wasting all my money Bertram, I hope this review influences people to never trust you with their money again you money-grubbing lawyer. Go broke.
