I used to have a 5-star here… but I can’t say that anymore. They never have anything… they are out of things by 11am… This part isn’t reflecting on the employees..but the parking lot and design of this place is absolutely ridiculous. No way to exit the drive-thru with 25-30m wait times. No where to even go once the line wraps around the parking lot. People can’t even get in and out to park enter or exit. Whoever did this site selection and design I think graduated last in their class. They had any number of other locations they could have chosen….Lakewood has tons of real estate for sale. Paper straws too…they taste disgusting and ruin the drinks….and whatever -they want to think they are saving the planet fine, but maybe they could be long enough to fit the cups and not fall 2” inside. Dumb.

Went to order a drink, employee named Bailee was rude to me when I was confused about something. I don't come to Starbucks that often and don't know the lingo that well.

Miserably slow service this morning, filling drive through and calling orders out of sequence with walk in orders. Poor.
