Memory Gardens is a well run facility. The staff are super helpful and extremely responsive. Floors and room are updated and kept nice and clean to make it a home-like feeling!

Memory Gardens never took the appropriate steps to help my father settle into Assisted Living. One visit after going out for lunch he told me he was scared to go inside. We were lied to about the care plan for him. When he had COVID my concerns for having his lungs listened to regularly were brushed off. I once witnessed another resident become angry in my fathers face pointing and yelling at him while an aid stood by and did nothing. They didnt notify Medicaid he had left the facility causing issues for our family there. They sent checks to the wrong address after he left. Some of his belongings are missing. The previous front receptionist is now running this facility. There are so many issues, which is really disappointing considering the founder met me the day of my tour and promised my father would be safe. When I brought my concerns to upper management I was brushed off. He wasnt safe and we felt like the wool was pulled over our eyes. I would not recommend any Tanglewood facility to family members who are looking for a safe place for their loved one.
