I went there to dye my hair purple. When they dyed my hair they damaged my hair so bad. Not only did they damage my hair till it looked burned they didnt even get the color right. Instead of them dying my hair purple it turn orange. It took three hour for such bad service. The owner even rushed to do my hair she didnt even take her time doing it. No patience. And they talk about the customer behind their back. Which is very unprofessional. They wash onions where they put the people to wash their hair so unsanitary. And she didnt even cut my hair right I asked for layers she didnt even cut my hair right. Instead of layers she makes a dumb stupid v cut like that Id not what I asked for. I paid the money for nothing so glad I didnt give her any tip because it was not worth it. The owner doesnt even know how to do hair right that is ridiculous. Overall the experience was a zero never going there again. If I could give them zero ratings, I would, but this thing only lets me put a one star when theyre not worth any stars, Big mistake going there dont make the same mistake to do hair here youll regret it. Replying to her reply: I never said it was a restaurant learn how to read because if you know how to read, you wouldve realized that I never said anything about a restaurant so dont come at me with that stupid comment you making. You think I didnt see one of your employees washing onions where the girls wash their hair Its not my fault that you dont keep a clean Salon. And I dont have to delete my review because you told me, so who do you think you are Its called freedom of speech.

I called and they were very nice over the phone, so i decided to come in, i got the 60 dollar package and i loved my snowflake nails design for christmas, thank you so much!

The fat darkskin Guyanese lady didnt have any understanding.. she couldnt let me go with a 10$.. not even a 15$..she should had tried to do her best in making things right and fair.. but no she wasnt fair.. all she wanted was her money.. this fat darkskin girl.. called the police but police was taking forever.. so I just gave the 20$ because I didnt have time to waste.. when I gave the 20$ she didnt want to hear how I felt after she tried to dismiss me after she got her money.. I told her Im allowed to speak my feelings.. just let me say what I have to say and I will go. IM TELLING YALL DO NOT COME HERE TO DO HAIR.. THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO CUT.. no wonder why everytime I pass by their shop I dont see people in there..that was a red flag.. THEY DID ME WRONG.. I HOPE THEY GET THEIR KARMA

Very disappointing. I had SNS done here and in two days two of my nails were already chipped and damaged. I went back and they were gracious enough to fix them but by day four most were literally falling off. I do SNS all the time and they normally last a month. I decided to give this place a try because it is close to my house but it was not worth it.
