You know the doctor is good if you are willing to take an Uber all the way to Richmond Hill! Doctor Mittal has been nothing but a saint to me and my Fur baby! Im never going to have kids and my Fur child is the closest Ill ever have to being a dad. Libby is a special French bull dog with floppy ears and a wall eye. The outcast from California that no one else wanted. But he found his forever home here in NYC. Like every dog parent, your biggest fear is your baby not being taken care of properly, but I, hands down put all my trust on Doctor Mittal! Thank you for everything!

Just got off the phone for the second time ever calling this location and they attempted to charge a no show fee for something I never booked for. Very confusing.

I was waiting to be seen after signing in and noticed people being called in before me even arriving after me. When I got up to see the situation my name was crossed out as if they seen me. The receptionist was rude and unprofessional. I had to ignore her and get help from someone in the office. They was unorganized and I'm no longer going here.

I brought my 7 year old cat in after a disappointing experience with another vet in the area. I am so glad we gave LAH a shot. The office was clean and the staff was kind, professional, and welcoming. I was so thankful and impressed by how thorough Dr. Zalewski was, as he listened and answered all of my questions and concerns. My boy can be a bit anxious and the nurse tech was so empathetic toward him. I am so happy to call this our new vet home!

Alyssa, We can only charge a no show fee when the appointment is made and missed. We wouldn't randomly fill our schedules with appointments we did not book when we are always booked. Maybe someone in your household made the appointment and forgot to communicate with you. If you wish to get clarity on the appointment, please call and leave a message for the manager to look into this.
