Was actually good for a time, But service quality has dropped. As of recent, They have failed to answer calls and emails. The IRS never received the return either. Not very professional at all. I am highly disappointed in the service of this business. I am aware that Amara was looking for my mother, and my mother tried to get in touch with no response. I will never do business with you people again and will find a way to get my money back

They are very thorough and professional. You walk in and feel right at home because you can sit on a beautiful leather couch and watch some TV and have complimentary snacks while you wait. The staff are all very polite and respectful. Excellent choice in tax preparation!

They are very disorganized. Its a family based business, they seem to have a lot of people that come but its a hole in the wall back alley type of place. They ask for the money upfront before they do your work, and the dates they give for you to get your numbers from the IRS are never the same as when you get the money. So sometimes your waiting 3 weeks longer. You can't even get the expected numbers that day you come in unless your forced to sit with the women, and she never wants to come out her office. They have two guys who work there, they come in looking unprofessional and sloppy . It seems like the around the way hood spot to get " hooked up ". They should all stick to whatever day jobs they have and leave taxes to those who know what they are doing.
