I signed a contract with Adan Islam to put my house in the market for six months and the woman did not put the date at the time of me signing it. She put six months later, so if I was the go to a next Real Estate she will have to get half commission for doing nothing . So please be careful After i decided to be revoked from the listing its been 6 months and the listing is still up. I even reached out the the owner of Exit realty and the listing is still up. They are located at 188 hillside Av please dont use that Real Estate because in that office is dog eat dog and they dont have no respect for clients. Its all about the commission they dont try to help you in anyway.

I called Adan Islam in regard to 212-04 Hollis Ave to find out what condition the interior of the home was in since there were no interior photos. She was very rude and unprofessional as she said she couldn't speak to me and hung up the phone on me. This house was already sold and I wanted to know the condition to compare it to another similar home. When she realized it was not a sale that's when she hung up on me. Very unprofessional. I've never dealt with someone so rude.
