Been here over 18 yrs. New owners & Manager are great. Previous owners, Super - Don't even want to discuss. Recently, new paving was done on Dumont Ave (8614-8624 Dumont) and fencing was taken down for the expansion of the paving. The fencing was never replaced and it looks very bad. Got dog owners walking their pets and using grass area as toilet area for example. In general, area not good to even look at now. When will something be done? Other than that, Owners are doing lots to upgrade and Victoria is doing a very good job.

Applied for tenancy at this property as well as toured a unit with an apartment broker. Property manager is rarely available to answer the phone, as well as unprofessional in dealing with prospective tenants. After submitting all the required application documentation and fee, I never received an application decision.

The biggest problem here is roaches and lots of mice. The only positive thing I can say is the area is nice and quiet. Lots of parking! There are always water issues. Water is always cold. It’s very hard to sleep their hearing mice all night. Management (Victoria) ignores calls/messages. Rent goes up every year way too much. I would not recommend these apartments to Anyone unless you don’t mind sleeping with bugs and dealing with the mice. Very nice building on the outside. management needs to do better. Or get someone who is more responsible and responsive. This place seriously needs to be run better. Management gossips to tenants about other tenants personal business. Very unprofessional
