My experience there with Susan before her New shop and now I have been extremely satisfied with the customer service with her and knowing what I like I mean Love and always had me happy when leaving her chair and shop her workers are on point and does a great job on ya services she also takes her time to kno what it is that you would like

This place is amazing and all my best friends now come here. Yes you will have to wait on busy days and you can't expect to have nice nails and nice designs in under an hour. I've been going here for a Long time and have never been disappointed. Products are high quality and will last. You need to understand when you're showing a nail tech an inspiration photo that there's differences between machine printed press on designs, hand painted designs,stickers, air brushed marble etc. People find stuff on pintrest and Google and don't even know the difference and will get mad when it's not 100 percent like the photo. Susan is always honest and will tell you what she can do or advise on colors. Her prices are consistent so also not sure why there's reviews saying otherwise. All the photos were over multiple visits and she posts alot of hers and the other technicians amazing work on Instagram @susannaildesign. There's alot of residential parking so not sure why there's so many negative reviews about having to pay for meters.

I got my nails done 2 days ago there. And I am more than disappointed. I tried to stay loyal, I really understand that some people there are still learning. But last time the owner of the salon (Susan) was doing my manicure herself. I assume that she is scared of some other clients and tries her best with them, but in my case she just doesnt care if I like it. I paid 65 bucks. It was a simple design , but as you see in pictures -color choice , lines -everything looks like it was done by 3 years old girl. I took it personal, I do think it is very disrespectful to me as to a client. And then Susan kept saying : happy holidays! Nice! Right? Yeahnice Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year, too, guys. Watch out for Susan she's a total scam and she's just greedy for money I went there to get new tips and gel she charged me $85 I asked her how did they come to that price her explanation was because my natural nails are too short so she had to charge me extra but that is something you should tell customers before they agreed to the service and I've been doing my nails for the last 15 years no one have ever charged me extra because my natural nails are too short I will never go with her again
