I've only been here for a year and I already want to transfer. I transferred to this school with the idea of a better environment and more opportunities but transferring was the worst decision I've ever made. If you don't want to be mentally and physically drained, I don' t recommend The staff are rude, students are rude and SOME teachers can be rude too. Them school is very small and disgusting. The bathrooms are nasty and unsanitary. The teachers expect you to know everything. The principal tries her hardest to make the school look good but its not. When a problem occurs with a student and another student, only one side of the story is heard and the other person is blamed and gets the consequences but its possible that they didn't even do it. The assistant principle constantly calls parents while they are busy and at work for simple stuff that can be dealt with at school. Please don't attend this school if you would like to enjoy your young ages.

The school is very dirty and infested cockroaches, lice and bed bugs. You will get detention for the stupidest reasons even if you are new to the school, the teachers are extremely rude and annoying. Staff are very rude they never are treating any of the kids good. Don't put your kids in this school! All teachers are super rude and will pick on you for the smallest things like trying to get a pencil out of your pencil case. Grading system is also trash. I advise you to pick some other school and not tywls of queens.

My daughter went to the school starting in 6th grade, the faculty members cared And had very low Low tolerance for bullying etc. The curriculum was well structured and taught well. If I didnt leave the state in her 8th grade year, I could see my daughter graduation from here. Shes now in Sophomore at Penn State University and the school structure had a lot to do it.
