        I've been a patient here since 2021. That time the service was great, I had no complaints. But now, I've been trying to speak to a doctor since Wednesday and as I'm currently out of the country I needed it to be a phone call. They scheduled a video call instead. Ok no problem. The appointment time was 12 PM. I literally waited 2 HOURS FOR THE DOCTOR TO SHOW UP BUT SHE NEVER DID. WHAT A JOKE! Is this what you mean by being punctual ? They sent me an email 30 minutes in oh doctor is running late she will be with you shortly . 30 minutes ok I understand but never showing up ? Give me a break! I'm not sure if it was because of it being online that I got stood up like this but this is absolutely not acceptable. If you can't do a telehealth visit then don't bother scheduling one ! What a waste of my time!
