I hate it there now. Completely impossible to get in touch with an admin, assistant, or health professional. They never, ever answer their phones. I continue there out of force of habit, and because my doctor is okay, though he agrees that because my insurance is good, it may be time to move on.

During a time that I was down on my luck, I was able to be helped at this location (Sutphin). ALL of the staff I came in contact with- from the front desk, to the nurses, to the phlebotomist and the doctor (Dr.M)- were kind and professional. I would recommend this location. I would rate it a 9/10, due to the wait during my first visit. My second visit was much faster.

This place is horrible and I will be switching my dentist soon . Never have appts then when you do get one the receptionist doesnt confirm or send you email regarding the appt . They tend to have ghetto front desk ppl and also they do not have doctors like that to be fully booked for a month . I shouldnt have to call a month in advance to then wait another month for an appt . What a joke of a place . Do not bring yourself or children here

The receptionists are very rude, make it impossible to book an appointment without a back and forth. Doctors are constantly leaving or getting let go, or on vacations. Very poor facility.
