I have used Golden Touch Commercial and Residential Cleaning Service LLC to clean my commercial building, and I am very happy with their service. They arrived on time, were professional, and did an excellent job. The cost was reasonable, and I would definitely use them again if I needed any additional work done in the future.

My roof was leaking, and I called Restoration. They were able to come out the next day and repair my roof before the rain hit. They replaced a few shingles, fixed a couple of nails, and checked for signs of rot. The repair cost me about $3500, but it's safe to say that it was worth every penny.

I called and requested information on cleaning services for my office. He scheduled an appt to come view the office at a specific date and time to give me a quote. I moved my schedule around to make sure I was there to meet him and that date and time came and he was a no-show. I tried calling him 20 mins after he was supposed to arrive and he didn't answer. He then texted me asking if he could come in 2 hours. I had meetings scheduled that would not permit this 2 hours later. I arranged my schedule this way based on what time he told me he would come! Very unprofessional how this was handled- no call or text BEFORE the scheduled appt time to let me know something has come up. If this is the first impression I can only expect this to continue to happen- I have no doubt that he will turn up late, or not at all, and not be reliable with his commitments. I will not be hiring this company.
