Bed bug infested hotel. The desk attendant was very unprofessional! He rented me a room with bed bugs, and attempted to ambush my room while I was semi dressed. I told him to get out of my room, wait until I am fully dressed! The desk clerk needs to be fired. He doesnt know how to relate to customers! He thought that I fabricated a story about them having bedbugs. He inspected the beds, and he saw them with his two eyes. The pillows and spreads had black stains on them, how disgusting! He said , I was going to refunded for the room, still no refund! I believe they knew they have an infestation of bed bugs, but clearly, they dont give a damn! They are despicable! Not to mention, the third floor had piles of garbage in the hallway and dirty filthy sheets in the hall. The third floor smelled musty and people were smoking disgusting smelling marijuana! I stayed at this hotel a few times in the past, and I had a positive stay. Maybe, they have a new owner. Sleep Inn is a hotel for drug addicts, not working civilized citizens!
