Five Below

I was excited to visit this new location however upon entering the store within 5 minutes my sister and I noticed the security guard following us all around the store through every department. Never greeted us or asked if we needed help but proceeded to follow us and make us really uncomfortable. Finally we go to pay and theres no assist at the self checkout but the employee blowing up the balloons rudely tells us that we need to go back and get a bag for our incense. We have no idea what hes talking about since the incense did not come in a bag but we leave the line anyway and walk all the way back to the incense just to realize we were right and did not need a bag. We go to pay again, now waiting on a long line and the guy blowing up the balloons doesnt even apologize nor acknowledge us, I guess he realized he was wrong by the time we came back to the register. Overall very negative experience which is very unfortunate being I was excited for this new location opening. Do not think Ill be coming back, could not even comfortably shop.

I went to this five below location yesterday and the employees were so so sweet. One helped me find an iPhone case that was specifically for my iPhone size. Another helped me pick between two bags that I really liked. The staff was so kind and made my shopping experience so much better. Overall, the store has just recently opened therefore is really clean and organized. Also, this location has a lot more items that I havent seen at green acres mall, or Atlas mall. Not to say that the items that are sold are better than other locations its just things I havent seen at other locations. Overall, I will definitely be back. This is a small location that doesnt seem to get too crowded and the staff is amazing. Specifically.
