I BEG YOU NOT TO SPEND YOUR MONEY AT DUBAI FURNITURE! DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE BEAUTIFUL FURNITURES THEY DISPLAY. THAT'S WHAT FOOLED ME! Several reasons why I say don't do business with them. They lied for months that they will replace my damaged furniture which was all lies. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS! Let me get to the point why I am leaving negative comments about DUBAI Furniture. I bought a couch from them since Oct 2015. I spent 2,000 dollars of my hard earning money with this company. They took one month before they delivered my couch and when they did, one of their moving crew damaged my couch and they refused to replace it. I called them numerous times to rectify this problem. If someone does answer the phone, he or she always tell me the manager is not in the office or on vacation.Don't end up being a victim as myself!!

Ordered a desk on July 7th I was told the expected delivery date was July 17-July 21. The desk never came. I called on July 22nd and they said it would be delivered today. It never came. On July 24th I called again and they said it would be delivered on Friday, July 26th I told them if it wasnt delivered by then I want a refund. The desk never came so I called them back a few days later and was told it would be there on August 7th if its not delivered by then I will be refunded by money. Guess what? August 8th rolled around and I never received by desk so I went to the store for a refund and they refused to give it to me stating the desk would be delivered by today August 8th. It is now August 8th at 6:40 and guess what no delivery and when I try calling I cant get in touch with anyone the person I keep speaking too keeps saying the manager isnt there and he doesnt know he doesnt know apparently he doesnt know anything and they refuse to refund my money. DONT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY!
