The staff are unprofessional and act as illegal loan sharks with merchandise. When asked for management their response is careless. Its all a game. I was verbally threatened by staff members coming into my home without my permission for the not useful merchandise. The staff member didnt provide me with the name. He lasted all day on Saturday harassing via phone calls and text messages. When I ordered him to stop. He continued. The rules of the agreement are not respected. They make their own illegal rules. I hope I dont have any staff members come to my home. The staff member threatened my safety. Its all a game. The assistant manager is aware of his game. Its why she was so careless. This service shouldnt be provided to the public. Staff members and managers should be given training on respecting clients and providing great customer service. This devastating experience was such a big loss. Im unable to speak to anyone about the matter. Very disappointing and unwanted act from staff. Im a middle class working woman that when requests service from a business would like for it to be professional.
