Failed to Deliver due to Lying. Dr. Buchanan called me himself and scheduled an appointment, I had interest in the teeth whitening that is done there (cash payment). He initial did perceive himself to be very professional and told me he still had to do an exam. 1 hour later, once soon ready to head to the office, I received a call stating that they do not accept my insurance.THE LIE. I verified my insurance with them the prior day and that day again. Matter fact, I also verified it with the insurance company. Who knows, maybe they just wanted to steal my information and were looking for opportunity because on their form which i filled out that they sent me via online/text requested my visa card information. Requestion hard print visa information is normally unorthodox and illegal for businesses. This happened between February 12-15, 2024.

Queens Modern Dental suite is a wonderful community based family dentist. Dr. Buchanan jr. and his staff go above and beyond to deliver excellent care. He is thorough and with the use of Modern technology, he takes the time to explain all the things that most dentist don't. The wait time to be seen is minimal and they take the utmost care in making sure you are comfortable & there's even a great beverage station for you to enjoy. It is important to acknowledge this dental practice as vital to our community, filling the void where there is an absolute need. They accept most insurance plans and even offer affordable easy payment options. If you have fears about the dentist, lay them to rest because they gently guide you through every step in your dental care. My sister recommended this dentist and I highly recommend him too.
