Jamaica Hospital Medical Center Dental Clinic and Pediatric Dentistry

This review is for Carlos, the service representative who helped me today. I called for an appointment for my mother and her issue. I have to say if the rest of the office is anything like the customer service that was provided by Carlos, my mother will be at ease at this dentist. Excellent! Customer service Carlos. Thank you! I was unable to do the review by phone because it disconnected me when he transferred the call.

Dr. Berel Gold performed an extraction on me. I was a little concerned about the procedure, due to having an undesirable experience with another dentist who performed the same extraction , but on the opposite tooth. Dr. Berels confidence made me feel confident in him, and I must say he did not disappointment me. He has great character, which allowed me to feel the highest level of comfort. Thank you so much!

I got a call 9:35 am and the dentist canceled my appointment I was told by a receptionist that on Feb 7th they left my nerve exposed with a temporary cap that fell out the dental clinic called me back and said I can make an appointment but they won't even pick up the phone . They didn't complete the job I can't get through on the phone I will have to go somewhere else rude nasty . People that work there I called to complain to the administrator never got a call back or new appointment go somewhere else my tooth was worked on December 13 . 2023 . They never finished the job
