I completed both Nebosh International General Certificate and Nebosh International Technical Certificate in Oil and Gas Operational Safety. Carlstein was outstanding in making sure that every student in the course understood the content taught. He was always available to answer our questions, queries and concerns so we all did well on the examinations. Carlstien went above and beyond what the Red Cross CPR and First Aid class required an instructor to do. He’s prepared my sister and I for any first aid situation that my sister and I could find ourselves in. Carlstien drew not only from training military personnel in field medic practices but from training all around the world. We were lucky to have Carlstien as an instructor and honored to be certified through the Red Cross by him.

A worthwhile experience; Carlstien is an extremely knowledgeable and passionate instructor, with a vast range of real life experience. Initially upon booking the course, I was a little hesitant (as any person, curious about First-Aid would be) however, Carlstien was able to situate the course in a fun, engaging and informative way. You can tell he cares deeply for his work as well as the well-being of others.
