First working with Omir was amazing. Super personable and just understands what needs to be done. He care more about the details that I did. He did a major cleaning after tenants left the places a disaster. Then he installed laminate flooring, redid the stairs that look amazing, opened up the wall and redid the drywall and molding. I cant recommend Omid and Z-Renovation highly enough! Omid is not only a very friendly, pleasant presence (as are all members of his team), but he is the most conscientious, polite, and unobtrusive service provider to have done work for me over the past 25 years in nyc. Beyond that, he was always exceedingly punctual and responsive to any timing or logistical constraints on my/my buildings end. Similarly, Omid would often make suggestions for additional work beyond the scope of the initial project plan, but would never move forward without my green-light, and when he did, was always fully transparent about any additional costs (which were always VERY reasonable, and he often didnt add any incremental charges for smaller added work items. Lastly, the quality of his work was beyond comparison (and Ive had at least a dozen contractors do work for me since 1995). Im greatly looking forward to bringing Omid back in to remove a wall and renovate my bathrooms this spring! Dan Beale

Had water stains on my bamboo floors Z renovation was very professional they took precautionary steps to cover all my furniture and fix my floors they come highly recommended
