        This rating is regarding the operation of the food pantry from this organization. I live on 106th st between Liberty Ave and 107th Ave. Over the past few months I have observed the operation of this pantry, firstly the staff that is supposed to be guiding the clients of the pantry are rude and unprofessional. I find this extremely disturbing given that it’s church that’s organizing and running the this. Secondly I they appear disorganized and people are normally standing on lines for 3-5 hours on average. It’s extremely sad that folks who are in desperate need of the basics have to be treated like this for food. I hope the church can improve there work flow and treat people humanly.
