Avis Car Rental

Worst people work there!! Corporate should look after their employees, they put people in customer service without knowledge of customer service, I was there for a car and Spanish lady was helping me with very rude attitude, as if she doesnt wanna work, she doesnt know even inventory the specific one I was looking for!! I had to left without car and lots of arguments!! I wanted her name she said I dont need her name and I here another Guyanese guy was asking me not to give me service and started taking another customer while I was standing on the desk because I lost temper for her behavior!! Absolutely nonsense and I will never go to any of their Avis anymore in my life and ask my friends, family and community to avoid them.

Its sad how much this location has fallen in quality in a year since I last visited it. Cars werent available at my reservation time or for several other people. They had a poor selection and tried to give me a car in a different category than what I had requested in the reservation. Lastly, when I arrived to return the car there was nobody there

Chronically understaffed. I gave up after waiting for 1 hour, only 1 agent working. I regret trying to rent from this place.
