I got into my first accident after driving in NYC for 20 years, on New Year's Day. Luckily, Orlando saw me and helped me through the claims process. After that, Jen and Nina in the Queens Village office set me up with a rental car and talked to Geico through the repair process!
I hope I won't get into another car crash for the next 20 years driving in NYC, but I sure as hell will come to these guys for help with my cars, from now on!
