image I have called trice. I was transferred to an admission rep but no one ever answered the phone. How can you enroll if you can't speak with anyone. I have read some reviews with the same complaint. They were not lying.

image I’ve called this school since Monday... 08.16.21 every time you call someone answer and connects me to admission however no one ever answer in admission
Called back many times and today is Thursday and same issue.
So if no one is in admission why have a lone for that ???
I ever asked the young lady to answer a few admission requirementssincw I wasn’t getting onto the admission Dept and she said I cannot help you with that. I don’t see how this place function.
And I have no wonder why many of the Allen students have so much attitude on the road... they adopt it from their school. No one their really cares ... so disappointed in Allen administration

image When I initially sought out the school my interest was the CNA program and sadly being young and not having people in my corner to direct me I fell for the dream they sold and signed up for the medical assistant class where I took out a 20,000 loan and recently paid it off last year after being in debt for over 9 plus years. Once I applied for that loan it seem that help was no where to be found so I dropped out. Around 2 years later I then signed up for the CNA class which I had a better experience being that at that point in my life I was more stable and had support not due to the school but personal. The CNA class was a breeze and the teacher I had at the time was pretty down to earth and good at engaging and communicating where I found it easy to learn. I graduated the class but due to a better paying offer I received shortly after I didn’t pursue taking the state exam. Now fast forward seeing how COVID-19 has affected the healthcare system and raised the pay in CNA I’ve been looking to repeat the class and I thought I would go back to the school where I’ve been before and let me say it’s been a hassle getting anyone on the phone and when someone does respond it seems if you are not interested in the medical assistant program then they aren’t interested in helping you. I’ve called numerous times since February left dozen of voicemails and still I haven’t been able to sign up or get simple information on classes, is the fee still the same? Absolutely no help. Last month I spoke to someone and even thought I stated I was only interested in CNA she insisted to pressure me into something else. I’m assuming because at that point after failing she couldn’t just hang up the phone on me she preceded to conduct a “interview” she told me I qualified and we scheduled a zoom call for the following Thursday. She was given a time to call me since I disclosed I’m a new mother and I will be able to give my full undivided attention during the time slot given. On that day she didn’t call me during that time but a few hours later and because of this I wasn’t able to accept the call. Since then I’ve called multiple times a week And the phones just rings. I’ve left dozen of messages and no one gets back to me. The only reason I keep being persistent despite the lack of professionalism is simply because the classes are short and the options morning/ afternoons are convenient and flexible and as I stated before the teachers I’ve had were great. The issue I believe aren’t the teachers but admissions and the staff who work in the office.(Edit) i was finally able to speak to an advisor and enrolled in Saturday classes. I paid 1,200.61 leaving me with a balance of 499.39 to insure I would be able to have a seat in the upcoming classes. I was told the class would start 8/16/2021-11/16/2021. I made preparations for this since I’m in college my fiancé moved around his work schedule to accommodate me so our daughter wouldn’t have to go to daycare. And on 8/15/2021 a day before classes after I already rearranged my life I received a phone call stating classes where cancel due to not enough students. This school is so unprofessional, I would like to believe you would know who’s Enrolled months prior why wait less then 24 hours to contact me? I will be withdrawing later on this week. Good luck to all who choose this school I hope your experience is better then mine.
