Had a great experience with the Kundalini Yoga and Yin Yoga classes today. Very welcoming staff and space. Totally queer-friendly. Will be back.

Im forever grateful that I took YFIs Radiant Warrior 200 hour YTT. It changed my life in so many ways. The teachers are the real deal and are so heartfelt, kind and knowledgeable. This community is amazing.

Highly recommend YFI. Completed a 200-HR Radiant Warrior YTT here. Each staff member displays deep passion in all that they do. Theyre kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, and available. Certainly learned more than imagined with this course. It has changed my life in more ways than one, which in-return has guided me to share with others. Worth every penny and minute of investment, in my opinion. - Dawn

I had a wonderful yoga teacher training (YTT-200) experience, and learned much more than how to teach yoga. The program is holistic and supports the personal growth and development of each person beyond their role as a yoga instructor. Jeannie, Daniella and Christopher and their community of instructors and resources are phenomenal and life-changing. I highly recommend any of their programs to anyone who is interested in improving their physical, emotional and mental well-being.
