Had one very bad experience almost 10 years ago with the guy at the counter of the bursar office. The guy was very rude to me when I asked simple questions and acted like I am a baboon. It's funny how you remember small things like this.

It's a confusing building to navigate with certain sections only accessible from certain entrances. Most tours start here and are fortunately based out of what appears to be the main doors on the front side.
