I love this amazing resource for our community! Due to the excessive waste in the fiber industry Ive gravitated to purchasing second hand, dead stock etc for better sustainability in my craft. SewGreen is also a generous community business. I recently received some lovely donations for a fiber arts club Im running at a local elementary and Ive learned that they also donate to the schools after school programming. Ive had incredible customer service and genuine conversations with staff any time Ive stopped in. For a host of reasons I will always be an enthusiastic supporter of SewGreen.

Unfortunately, I trusted this business to repair my sewing machine.  I dropped off my    husband's grandmother's 1951 Singer in 2014 for a tune up and power cord.  Years of emails, phone calls, and personal visits finally revealed that my machine was lost and likely was donated to someone else.   I was offered $250 for compensation, which I never received.  Reluctantly, I have turned to social media to expose Sew Green for their gross negligence in the hopes that this doesn't happen to someone else.
