Brendan knew the listing agent on my transaction. He promised the realtor that he would close the transaction within 30 days of the offer being accepted which allowed me to compete against cash offers. I was a first time home buyer and my offer was accepted in spite of being 60k lower than the highest offer. He closed my deal in exactly 31 days.

I was desperate to close on a house in Ithaca but was told by all the professionals I was working with that it may take more than 60 to 90 days to close.This would mean renting something or doing B&B when my new job started until closing.
