        Tried to make an appointment with my primary care physician and was shut down immediately by the receptionist. The facility is clearly strained and overworked, but I have never been spoken to so rudely by a healthcare representative. They were so impatient and hung up on me twice without warning.

        Randomly canceled my doctor's appointment. I scheduled a month in advance. They canceled the appointment the day of for no reason and gave me attitude.

        When my primary care physician retired, I was treated as a new patient. I've been trying to get in to see another physician for over a year. When I told the scheduler that I was unhappy with the way it was handled, she interrupted and said "Perfect. Have a good day and hung up on me. I've been with Guthrie for 40 years, but I'm not going back!
