        I rented from True Renew Homes for a year and a half while in grad school and had a fantastic experience. My apartment was great and I could always count on the team at True Renew to handle anything that came up. They even puppy proofed my patio for me. Highly recommend!

        I found True Renew to be quick to respond to maintenance issues and respectful of us at tenants. They were easy to communicate with. One time I accidentally overpaid my rent and they returned the extra money very quickly. They did take some of the deposit for professional cleaning at the end of the lease.

        I enjoyed renting from True Renew Homes. They answered maintenance requests quickly and gave us space heaters when the heater broke. Nice people, lovely apartment. There was an unexpected cleaning fee taken out of our security deposit which was a little annoying, but nothing insane. All in all good experience.
