        I contacted Kid Family because I had some concerns regarding my sons stimming. Donna did the evaluation for him and the ADOS assessment. In her final report she reported seeing things I’ve never seen my son do. I was also present for the evaluation and did not see him do anything she mentioned he did in front of her. I didn’t trust her final assessment/diagnosis and took my son for a second opinion. Donna was careless in her assessment and only observed my son for half an hr. I question how many took her report as the final word when they should have sought out someone else.

        My son has a wonderful speech therapist at Kidz Therapy. She is very organised, understanding, humorous, capable and knows what she is doing. We've had a few therapists working with my son - most of them were okay but one in particular was incompetent. It took a few tries to find one that clicks and we are very happy.

        My child and I attend the Hauppauge branch. All of the therapists that we have interacted with are super friendly and everyone is super accommodating. The ladies behind the front desk are very sweet too!
