        I had no problems I read the reviews and I had none of those problems I gave them the miles the fuel level they had parking for my car I parked right with a truck was got back called them he was had somebody there within minutes gave him the miles the gas level check the truck and I was out of there within minutes it was going to be a stressful day and thanks for their service it made a lot easier thanks Sean

        Worst U-haul location ever used. It is a parking lot but no No parking for customer's vehicle. No service desk, not all the equipment ordered was available, van was not clean. Will never use it again. One star because there is no option for less. Only positive is the guy in the parking lot, he was a nice guy.
