Everything was perfect. Staff took the time to explain examination plan for visit. All questions were explained.

I agree. Front receptionist (Dianna) extremely rude and condescending just for asking reasonable questions about procedures. Also felt like I was being forced to get the "Peroi Scaling and Root planing" You can't ask questions about it, without the receptionist getting angry and defensive ( ehy cant you ask and why does she get do angry). Can't get phone consultation about procedure, you have to "come in" if you decide you have questions. I am contemplating another office, not because of dentist or other staff, which serm to be ok but just because of the receptionist. Very very unprofessonal and aggressive woman.

NEVER go to this office. We came for a general cleaning which is covered by the insurance and they forced us to do the deep cleaning and gave us an estimate pricing over $800! Even we insisted to do the general cleaning they refused and said they cannot do it. Why?? Also the staff was very rude they asked with ridicule do you really brush your teeth twice a day?? Dont go there you get nothing!
