We have lived at Avalon Harbor Isle for the last 18 months. Any time there has been a maintenance issue or we had a problem or question Andrew has been the one to take care of it for us with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. He always is prepared to take care of whatever problem we might have and does so in a timely manner. THANK YOU to Andrew for his assistance and we are glad he has taken a bigger role on for the Maintenance Dept. here at Avalon

Giving these 5 stars to Andrew on the maintenance team. Since moving here last year, Andrew has been the best part of our Avalon life. He is always available to fix literally anything quickly and does such a good job while being extremely nice and polite. Thank you for such great care of our units!!

The maintenance team is awesome. They answer all my calls immediately and fix whats needed with an explanation. But I cant forget the people in the front office. If I ever run into a problem or have a question they are there to answer all my needs.

My spouse and I are eagerly expecting our first child and embarked on the exciting journey of finding the perfect venue for our upcoming baby shower. Our search led us to Harbor Isle Avalon, where we discovered their common room listed on Peerspace. Navigating through the process, we were initially perplexed by the fact that Avalon, known for charging amenity fees to its residents, was now offering their coveted amenity spaces on Peerspace for non-residents. Intrigued by the prospect, we decided to book the venue for our special occasion. As the eagerly anticipated date of our baby shower approached, we were unexpectedly hit with disappointment when we received an email from Avalon notifying us of the abrupt cancellation of our reservation. Surprisingly, no explanation or justification was provided for this unexpected turn of events. Desperate for answers, we reached out to both the community and Avalon, only to be met with a frustrating lack of clarity and an inability to rectify the situation. The absence of any plausible explanation for the cancellation left us bewildered and disappointed. Regrettably, our experience with Avalon has left us with reservations about their reliability and integrity as a company. It is disheartening to see a company take amenity spaces from residents and then lease them out, only to cancel reservations without any apparent reason. In light of our disappointing encounter, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend engaging with this seemingly untrustworthy company. Prospective client and tenants should be cautious and consider alternative options to ensure a smoother and more reliable event-planning and leasing experience.
