I own a loft. Before deciding to lease the loft, I lived there for eight years. Hempstead Business & Property Management were discovered and interviewed. The guys have all been extremely helpful, professional, and accommodating when necessary. Hempstead has leased my loft for the past two years, and I must say it has been a positive experience. Their website is simple to navigate and is regularly updated with new information. I would strongly suggest them to others.

Hempstead Business & Property Management team took over the management of a rental property we own just as we realized we had no business being landlords, thanks to some extremely difficult and frightening tenants. After several months of abuse from these people, it was finally resolved. Throughout the process, the team was responsive and helpful. I appreciate their perseverance and assistance. They also did a much better job than we did of finding qualified tenants.

Hempstead Business & Property Management manages my rental properties. They get qualified tenants, lease renewals are done months in advance of expiration and they proactively petitioned the city on increased property taxes.
