Building Services did a fast and outstanding job with our flooding issues. We were quoted double the price and time by multiple cleaning companies. The crew was fast, efficient, respectful, and answered every question I had. My business will be back open in a matter of days rather than weeks. Do yourself a favor, save their info in your phone and dont waste your time calling other companies.

After the storm last night, my basement got flooded badly with four feet of water. Building Services had an incredibly quick response time and was able to help us out the following morning. They worked diligently with smiles on their faces and provided expert remediation services. The staff was professional, efficient, and got the job done. Couldnt be more grateful for their services, I highly recommend them!

My neighborhood in Queens NY, especially my block, got hit hard by Hurricane Ida. I called about 15 different businesses for assistance in cleaning up water damage in my basement. No answer on any of my calls and I did not leave any messages.Ten minutes later I received a call back from the owner of Building Services, Michael, saying he missed my call asking me if I needed help. I was very surprised considering it was a state of emergency and he was overwhelmed with many similar requests. He was so professional, kind, understanding of my situation and eager to help. He said he would get to my house ASAP. I thought it would take days. Michael and his team were at my house THE NEXT DAY and they had my basement cleaned up and disinfected IN LESS THAN 2 HOURS. They did a great job. Michael even helped resolve another issue in my home only because he put me in touch with one of his contacts who expedited my matter! I was blown away! I was absolutely impressed by his professionalism and commitment to help me in my time of need. Look NO further. You need to call Michael at Building Services. My family and I thank you Michael!
