Conrad Painting

We have an older home and have a front porch that was in desperate need of a fresh coat of paint. Conrad showed up, as scheduled, to give an estimate. Conrad was honest in his assessment of the job and offered very competitive pricing. He was knowledgeable and explained what type of paint needed to be used and why, as well as the prep work that was necessary. Conrad showed up to begin the job as scheduled. He took his time and spent the first full day meticulously prepping, sanding and removing some decorative woodwork asked him to remove. He also had the porch primed and ready to go by the end of the day. The next day he arrived again early, by the end of the day he had the entire porch painted. It looked great and exceeded our expectations for a 100 yr old porch.

Conrad is fantastic. We just closed on a new home and were hoping to have the upstairs painted prior to move-in; Conrad responded to our quote inquiry within a couple of hours and was extremely flexible on scheduling an appointment. The quote was very reasonable, and he was able to schedule the job prior to our move-in which we really appreciated. We needed some walls patched prior to painting which he was able to accommodate as well. The paint looks spectacular; you can tell that Conrad pays attention to the details as it shows in the quality. We look forward to working with Conrad in the future to paint the rest of our home. Conrad Painting are professionals. I was referred to them by a friend. I was reluctant at first. But man I was truly impressed. They are very courteous and respectful from the bidding and estimate to completion of said project. Their work exceeded my expectations. They take a tremendous amount of pride in cleanliness after the project. They did my cupboard and as you can see the before and after photos were absolutely gorgeous. I will definitely be using their service again in the near future. But don't take my word for it. Give them a try I guarantee you that you won't be disappointed.
