I was initially very skeptical about ART since I had been suffering with chronic back pain for years where my back was always tight and I could not stand straight and walked hunched over. After my first treatment with Terry, I was amazed that I was able to stand at my full height without pain for the first time in years! Needless to say, I am a true believer in this technique and am amazed at the progress that has been made in both my lower back and my shoulder. I feel years younger. I highly recommend Terry and Athletes Performance Care to anyone who is suffering with pain.

Wow, am I impressed! After about 2 months of throbbing pain in my shoulder with the last 2 weeks just about constant and visiting an orthopedist nothing helped with pain. Not until I visited Terry Stein. With the manipulations that Terry applied to my shoulder I was absolutely baffled that in just 3 visits, yes 3, my shoulder felt absolutely amazing! I couldnt believe it an to this day almost 1 1/2 weeks after meeting Terry I was able to reach, point, lift and grab objects that I hadnt been able to in a while. I am truly grateful for the person (Phil) who referred him to me! I highly recommend Terry for any soft tissue manipulations that need to be done! Wasnt able to sit without pain for five years. I tried physical therapy, foam rolling, stretching, you name it with no improvement. After two sessions with Terry, I was completely pain free and can now sit at work with ease.
