Once I contacted Noel and spoke with him about our problem with an Acorn Curve 180 stairlift , i could sense that he was an expert and a professional. He addressed all of our concerns offered options and quoted prices . We scheduled a service call and the results were as promised . No surprises just good old fashioned customer service . Wow! I can't thank you enough! I would like to add Alex Velez is an old school Gent! A great guy who couldn't do enough for us... I thought we ran out of the people who care and take pride in what they do, Alex, he's a champ!! If there is a web site or something you use to advertise your company please use this hardly enough email. My Mom thanks to your team is safe and can get thru her home now with her independence and dignity.. me and my wife can't thank Alex and your crew enough. Best company Ive dealt with in years.. Their business is helping familys.. and they do!
