I have had great experiences at the Huntington office with Sue O'Brien (PA), Dr. Paynes and the nurse, Pat. However, the front office (New Hyde Park) in terms of insurance issues and appointments is unprofessional and disorganized. Keep track of your payments and appointments because the admin staff won't be able to help. I called today to cancel an appointment and the receptionist told me the system was down and to call back another time and hung up on me. Not even willing to take a message. I find ENT and Allergy Associates in Melville much more organized and computer savvy.

Do NOT see Susan O'Brien!!!!!! I went to her few days ago with red welts and bites from something. She told me it was Cellulitis. She charged me $200 and gave me antibiotics. The antibiotics did not help at all. Turns out all i had was bed bug bites. She false diagnosed me. I will never be going to her ever again !!! She doesnt know anything. Dont know how shes a doctor. Do not go to her !!!!!

Susan O'Brien has helped me through my most critical asthma and food allergy issues. She is the ultimate professional and a very caring PA. I highly recommend Susan.
