I called them at 5:30 pm as I forgot to send flowers to my Grandmother for her 96th Birthday. I called around to several places who said their delivery driver already went home. Martelli's said the same thing but I expalined the situation and they agreed to get the flowers to her today. I would imagine the flowers look great. But that does not matter. Them agreeing to deliver the flowers 30 min before close, same day, is simply amazing. Thank you for doing a really great thing that i am sure will make my 96 year old grandmother very happy.

I was called first thing on Monday morning about an order I placed on Sunday. Even though she had to change up the arrangement it came out gorgeous with special touches . Great communication , website, delivery and attention to detail .
