If I could give 0 stars I would. Do find another oral surgeon, there are plenty of other ones out there. There are so many complaints about this office, that I can't believe I have to list them here. First off, we were given one price and then they changed the plan to raise their prices. We refused to pay the new price. The doctor treated the patient with brutality, force and a lack of compassion, pulling, yanking, pushing him and leaning on him. He was brutal. Then they tried to extort us for more money after the work was done. They lied about the amount of pain killers and the dosage they could prescribe. Barbaric treatment, under-handed, conniving and brutal. My boyfriend suffered excruciating, long-lasting pain and they wouldn't prescribe more or stronger Vicodin, saying 5 mg was all they could give. Another lie.They were cold and lacked empathy, they wanted to do these extractions in 3 separate visits; and more money for it. We found a wonderful oral surgeon on the south shore in Merrick and the experience was completely different, gentle and compassionate. This was for extractions for dentures. Steer clear of this office, I am sorry to say.

Great Doctor. Horrible Practice. Front end staff, especially Marie is a despicable, nasty indivdual and you will receive the same treatment. They don't ever accept any insurance and charge hundreds more than other local surgeons. Of course somehow they are patients are referred to by Huntington Hospital but I will see to it that no longer happens. Save your time and money and go to North Shore Implant

Went to get a wisdom tooth extracted. They let me leave with blood all over my face. My girlfriend picks me up and tells me there are streaks of blood on my face... unbelievable

Awesome in every way! Dr. Pruden is the best! His staff are very professional and kind. The office is so beautiful and well keep inside and out. I remember beautiful flower outside of window, I think were Hydrangeas . Thank you All!
