Trio Auto Repair

I took my ancient Jetta to Trio with a brake system problem even the dealer couldn't fix as well as a turbo/vacuum system problem and Tony fixed it perfectly. I seriously thought I was going to have to give the car to KARS 4 KIDS or something, but now it's back on the road and running like new! Thank you! I can't recommend Trio enough!

Everyone makes mistakes. Tony was highly recommended as I am a single mom and was looking for a trustable and reputable mechanic. I brought my car in for brakes. After there was screeching for weeks. This happened twice. He took my car for days and each time said he remedied the issue. Yet the screeching persisted. I was on the highway with my son in the car when I heard a loud boom. I was terrified. I called him immediately. He said bring the car in. All the while the boom then started feeling like metal on metal brakes. I decided to take the car to another shop that was closer because I didnt want to drive too far with the car in the current condition. The second repair shop was astounded at the so called repair they redid what he did. Drove the car away with 0 issues running as hood as ever. Went back to Tony to show him the receipt if services and payment and to work with me on price since I paid double for the repair. He simple said no. His neglect cost me $4000 for brakes plus Uber rides back and forth and a day of work. Im sure hell say something about this review but he had the chance to the right thing. Im sorry and disappointed this happened. Its your choiceif he repairs your car and does a good job your set. If he says he can fix something and cant be ready to absorb the cost to fix your car twice.
