Exceptional. All things considered, Russ Koutrouby is the most-helpful healthcare professional on whom my mother and I have relied this past decade. Russ has assisted me with my bruxism, tinnitus, lung issues (from some volunteer work at Ground Zero), stress, and immunity. My mother recently turned 89 and I accompany her to more doctors than we can count, but she requires only one minor prescription med (plus, she hasn't caught the flu once since she began seeing him). Russell Koutrouby has been giving me acupuncture treatments for almost 9 years since my first meniscus tear. I've seen him every week since. He helped me through two meniscus tears, incredibly intense pain with rheumatoid arthritis that took a long time to medically get resolution trying a variety of doctors and drugs. He has also helped me through two total knee replacements 3 months apart. When my issues with my knees and arthritis were stabilized, my back started to act up and Russ added some shiatsu massage which has totally taken some serious back pain away allowing me to keep being active, swimming every day, walking my dog everyday and competing in dog agility at the age of almost 64. Throughout all my issues, Russ has been a constant and stabilizing influence. When either of us go on vacation and I miss a session or two, I can absolutely tell the difference. Russ is reasonably priced and a kind and sympathetic practitioner. He is a lifelong learner and loves his work and helping others. I have recommended his services to a lot of people who have always been pleased with their results and experience. I can't thank Russ enough for helping me stay active and pain free.

Russ has made me be able to walk again! I found Russ 10 years ago and I would not go to anyone else! He's AMAZING!!! He's as good as it gets! If you have anything going on with your body, he's so knowledgable... He's IT!!!!! From back pain, migraines to overall good health... I would continue to recommend him to anyone! I remember crawling into his office and walking out an hour and a half later... !

I've come to consider acupuncture an essential element of health care, and Russell Koutrouby an accomplished and caring practitioner. I initially sought his help five years ago in dealing with symptoms of pain/stiffness/weakness associated with spine issues. I continue to see him for those issues as well as for treatment of gastrointestinal symptoms. I recommend his practice without hesitation.

Russell is an outstanding practitioner. He spends a lot of time with his patients and really listens to how they are feeling. His treatment was the only thing that gave me long term relief from insomnia (and I had tried EVERYTHING). Russell is smart and experienced but I think what I like about him best is that he is a life long learner who continues to better himself as a practitioner for the benefit of his patients.
