        What an amazing experience! From the moment Irma picked up the phone at 9pm to discuss my potential case. I thought calling at that time I was going to leave a voicemail for a call back in the morning. Irma was kind and caring, asked appropriate questions to triage my situation. Little did I know she was communicating my info to the attorney in real time. Mr. Alper called me back within minutes. He immediately calmed my fears and set realistic expectation.
