        Today I went to the Walt Whitman Soma to shop I wanted to ask the associate about something about the price because i had very less english they lauged at me and made fun of me and I didnt shop and got out right away the associates over there are not good

        Great pajamas!!! However, I have always felt uncomfortable going to this location. The two women who have been working there for years are pretty rude especially the skinny blonde one with an old face. And both stare at the customers. I prefer shopping online.

        I was window shopping on 7.28.23 when a pleasant employee invited me in store, explained me the difference between products, and suggested me to try out new products. Tandy was her name, she was so professional. I ended up purchasing products and I am happy with my purchase. I would highly recommend the store . Pleasant shopping experience. Professional staff.

        Do not buy anything from the store or online. Because they are NO HELP. If you are a Plus Size Woman they do not carry the Sizes

        I have to agree with sheema chaudhry comment. This isn't the first time I read comments like this on this platform and on yelp. With me reading that is why I won't come here even though I love soma products. I went all the time when it was in Broadway mall in Bayshore, but now that it closed this is the only closest location to me and I won't even step foot in your store. Last thing I need is someone being rude to me and or profiling me for the color of my skin because that comment has been made about this location too. I guess you think because you're in this high end mall that gives you the right to treat people bad. Well you're wrong and I hope the right somebody reads this and shuts you down or hire people who knows how to treat customers no matter how they look or what race they are Update: Soma you reply to my comment to contact you. Why would I want to do that? Just do as I requested in my original comment and maybe you'll get more business.
